The hotel was quiet and the staff very helpful, MAGNIFICENT location in the city center. Location: the venue was near bars and restaurants, the sassi and other attractions and the centre of Matera. Tried some nice meals at Le Botteghe, located a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

Great, I just loved walking 300 meters for breakfast every morning and trying not to hit anyone in the pedestrian zone. Oh, and the parking nearby was such a convenient walk too.
Who needs power outlets these days? So glad they only had a few in the room, made charging my devices such a breeze.

Great central location, perfect for exploring the city sights and attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. the availability of parking nearby was a convenient feature, making it easy to bring in luggage and explore the area without any hassle.
The staff had limited English communication skills, which made it a bit challenging to convey our needs and preferences effectively. It would have been helpful if they could speak English or had better communication assistance available.
